Order Processing Time
Most of our products are prepared individually to ensure the highest quality standards.

Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide, excluding certain regions or conflict zones where delivery is not possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and customs procedures in the destination country

Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We ship with trusted logistics partners such as DHL, UPS, and their local partners. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable). We recommend checking your tracking information regularly for updates. If your tracking status does not update or appears delayed, please contact us at hello@dogs-company.com before taking further action. We will gladly assist and liaise with the carrier on your behalf
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing an order for more information on potential fees.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

Address changes are only possible before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional shipping costs.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:

uncollected shipments
we will issue a refund to the original payment method, charging the 20 euro handling fee (that will cover return shipping and processing of your return.) from the total sum of your order.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
We package all orders carefully. However, if your order arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us at hello @dogs-company.com as soon as possible.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.
Carrier investigations for international shipments can usually only be initiated after 21 days and up to 6 months from dispatch, depending on the carrier’s policy. We will support you throughout this process.
