Size exchange

If the collar needs a different size, we'll take it back and cover the return. No fuss.

How it works

1. Email us at hello@dogs-company.com with your order number and the size you need.
2. We'll send you a prepaid DHL return label within one business day.
3. Place a new order for the same collar model in the correct size.
4. Pack the original carefully in its undamaged packaging and send it back.
5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll refund your original order in full.

What's covered
— Collar is new and unworn
— Returned in its original, undamaged packaging
— Same model, different size
— Return initiated within 14 days of delivery (30 days for US and Canada)

What's not covered
— Collars showing signs of wear or use
— Items without original packaging
— Personalised or custom-made collars
— Exchanges for a different model or colour
